100 Pics Gears Up for Halloween

100 Pics, the popular mobile picture quiz game, has released a Halloween update that allows users to try their hand at a brand-new pack for the spookiest season of the year. Since 100 Pics debuted on the App Store in July of last year, the developers at Poptacular LTD have released a new pack for the game each week. This one comes just in time for October 31st and All Hallows Eve celebrations around the world.

In 100 Pics, players attempt to identify one hundred pictures (hence the name) in a particular category. Once the free app has been downloaded, players are granted access to the Animals, Logos, and Celebrities categories automatically. The player must purchase access to all other packs by using in-game currency, known as coins. Coins can be purchased with real money through the App Store or earned by completing packs in the game. Each pack costs 100 coins.

Available packs in 100 Pics include Candy, X-Games, TV Shows, Movies, and much more. Poptacular LLC has now released over 100 categories for the game, which cover a staggering amount of pop cultural topics. The new Halloween pack includes tons of trappings of the season, like witches, ghouls, jack-o-lanterns, candy, costumes, and much more. Fans of the holiday will get a real treat exploring all the related pics.

For a limited time, Poptacular is also offering the Halloween pack for free to users who also download their Halloween Pics Party game.
